Find below the steps to Update the Shipment:
Firstly, please check the ETA update cycle, to do so go to the shipment detail page and hover on the carrier's support rating cycle as depicted in the screenshot below -
Firstly, please check the ETA update cycle, to do so go to the shipment detail page and hover on the carrier's support rating cycle as depicted in the screenshot below -
A pop-up will open showcasing the update cycle of the carrier.
Now Hover over the Update icon -
This time displayed is the last updated time, if this is within the time of the update cycle of the given carrier. Then the shipment is up to date as per carrier's provided data base please connect with the carrier/agent/freight forwarder to know the ETA update.
If the time is Not within the update cycle of the given carrier, then click on update button to get the latest updates of the shipment.
If the shipment is up to date as per carrier, then please connect with the carrier to know the reason for shipment data not updated.
