Not receiving Email Notifications

Note: Currently all the WhatsApp services and updates are under maintenance hence the notifications will not be sent to WhatsApp but only via email.

Check if your notifications are enabled, to do so follow the steps below -


Go to this Link: GoComet - #1 Enterprise Software for freight Negotiation

Now got to the Notification Preferences:



Select the checkbox - Platform email notifications



In case if the issue still persists, please check your spam or junk folder for email notifications.
