Video tutorial on how to reduce your quotation and improve the rank?
The rank reflected on the platform is different from the rank notified through email.
Example: System shows that my rank is L1 but I received a mail notifying me that my rank is L2
There could be 2 reasons for this situation:
1. The other vendor increased the quote which makes you L1
Sometimes, there are chances that the competing vendor who was previously at L1 increased the quote rate which automatically changes their rank from L1 to L2 and your rank from L2 to L1 if their quoted amount is higher than the amount that you have quoted.
2. Checking the email after making changes in quote
Many times, it happens that the client checks the email notifications after making the required changes in the quote as per the rank shown on the platform.
During such scenarios, ask the user to check the activity log. This helps with understanding when the query was made.
Note: Rank shown on the platform is the correct rank to be followed.
