What if I forget the password? 
Click on Forgot Password on the login page, and follow the instructions. An email will be sent to your email ID containing the Password Reset Link.

What should be the standard bid opening time for an enquiry/ Minimum time duration required to receive a quotation for an enquiry?
The time required to receive a quotation depends on the promptness of your forwarders.
However, it is advised to keep the bid open for 12-24 hrs so that forwarders get ample time to work on the enquiry and provide the best rates.

Can I use Internet Explorer to access the GoComet platform?
GoComet platform is not compatible with Internet Explorer, hence it is highly advised to use Google Chrome or Mozilla firefox

Can my GoComet account have multiple users?

What is the use of the Comment box, will it be visible to forwarders quoting for enquiry?
You can use the comment box to mention any specific requirements or guidelines for the particular shipment e.g. Preferred shipping line, the detention-free period required. Your comments will be shown to forwarders so that they can quote accordingly.

Do I need to fill in all the blanks on the RFQ form?
According to the selected incoterm, the RFQ form is modified and the information mandatory to be filled are highlighted with Asterisk (*)

What If the forwarder has submitted an incomplete quote?
You can send a message to the forwarder to update the quotation or can Mark the quotation incomplete using the Mark incomplete option on the platform.

Do I need to send the enquiry to the forwarder or it will be sent on its own after the enquiry is being created?
After the enquiry has been created you will be directed to the Forwarder list where you can either send an enquiry to the selected forwarder or to all the forwarders with a single click.

What if the forwarder with the lowest quotation is unable to provide the DO after the confirmation of enquiry?
In case the Forwarder is unable to provide DO, you can Decline his quote. Once declined, you can select another Forwarder who is able to provide you the DO.
