Can I use Internet Explorer to access the GoComet platform?
GoComet platform is not compatible with Internet Explorer, hence it is highly advised to use Google Chrome or Mozilla firefox.
Note: In case your default browser is Internet Explorer, kindly copy the link and paste it into Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
What if I forget the password?
Click on Forgot Password on the login page, and follow the instructions. An email will be sent to your email ID containing the Password Reset Link.
Can my GoComet account have multiple users?

Will I be notified whenever there is a new enquiry?
Yes, a notification email will be sent whenever a new enquiry is created by the Client. Moreover, a mail notification is also received in the following cases:
1) When a shipment is confirmed
2) Modification in the enquiry
3) 2 hours before enquiry closing
4) 24 hours before enquiry closing
) Change in rank
Can a quotation be edited after the submission?
Total 8 chances are available to quote on a particular enquiry, hence you can revise your quotation to improve your rank.
Can other forwarders view my quotation from the GoComet platform?
No, your quote will be visible only to your client, no one else would be able to view your quote. The Forwarders will only be able to see their Rank on any given enquiry.
Can I edit a quote after the enquiry has been closed?
Under normal conditions, no you cannot change the quote after bidding has been closed. Contact the customer if you want to delete your quote after the bidding is closed.
Another case could be the one in which the client had initiated the negotiation.
What if the information provided in the enquiry is not complete /missing?
You can drop a message to the Client from the platform enquiring about incomplete/faulty information about the enquiry.
My rank is 3, what does that mean?
In the bidding, two other bidders have quoted a rate lower than yours.
Are the taxes included in calculating the rank of a quotation?
No, tax is not taken into consideration for the Ranking of Quotes.
Is the L1 automatically selected after the bid has closed?
Confirmation of quote is done by the Client. The client may select a non-L1 quote depending on other service parameters like transit time, detention free period, preferred shipping line, etc.
Do I need to pay for using the GoComet Platform?
No, GoComet is completely free for you to use.
Can I have multiple accounts for different modes of shipment (i.e. Air shipment, Export, Import shipment)?
Yes, you can have multiple accounts for different modes of shipment. You have to share the details with your Client and they can create different accounts as per requirements.
