Please find below the steps to correct the Invalid tracking:
There may be several reasons for tracking being marked as invalid. Some common ones are:
"Data not found on selected carrier,"
"Tracking number does not match carrier format," or
"Data not found," etc.
The error will be visible as shown in the screenshot below (refer to the information provided in the gray text).
You need to act according to the information given in grey color, i.e. to recheck and edit the shipment accordingly if any detail added is incorrect such as the tracking number, carrier, POL/POD, etc.
To update or edit the shipment, click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the shipment. A dropdown menu will appear; select the first option, "Edit," and then change the details.
Then update the details as indicated and submit the changes.
The tracking should automatically update after these steps
