How to use the filter available on the platform?

For better understanding, you may also refer the steps as mentioned below -  


Step 1 - Shipment trackings can be filtered in various ways. One way is to filter the shipments by the tags given as shown below:



The detailed description of the filters are given below in a tabular format.

Tag

Description

Remarks

All Shipments

All shipments includes In Transit, Completed, Yet to Start, Processing, Auto-Archived, Integration error [if any] and Action Required [if any]

It also includes demo shipments. 

In Transit

All shipments that are in transit and not completed.


These exclude yet-to-start, Archived, and completed shipments.

Note: If tracking has a Gate In planned date, it will still be counted as in transit.
Delayed will also be shown in In transit.

Yet to Start

All shipments which have no information available yet for any of the milestones in the tracking created.

Note: Client POL and POD are not counted as milestone details.

Delayed

Shipments where there is a delay present in the current or next event.

It does not include completed shipments with delay.

Auto-Archived

All Shipments will be automatically archived after 30 days post completion, 28 days after invalid.

Shipments will fall in this quick tag if completed shipment 30 days from last checked.



Step 2  In order to apply the advanced filters Click on the “Apply filters” button



Step 3 - Fill in the details such as origin, destination, carrier, origin region, destination region, mode, Shipments arriving after or before, consignee group, etc. as per your requirements.

 

Once all the details are filled in, click on the “Apply filters” button.


Also, in order to clear all the details, click on the “Clear All” button.
