  1. Login to www.gocomet.com, with your email id and password.

  2. Hover over Visibility > then click on GoShipment.

  1. The below page will open up.

  1. Once you click on the created shipment, the below detailed workflow page will be visible.
On the top left corner you can see your internal reference number, POL & POD and the Gocomet ID (GID- this is a unique ID for all the shipments, this helps you while reaching out to us in specifying which shipment you are having query with)

  1. Next to it, is the option where you can assign your Shipper, Consignee, Customer, Freight Forwarder, CHA & Transporter associated with this workflow.

  1. The left side of the page shows all the tasks associated with the workflow.
On the center of the page, you can see the information/documents which have to be shared by the responsible stakeholder for this task.

  1. In the top-right corner of GoShipment, you'll see a toggle for "My Steps" and "All Steps".

  • My Steps: Shows only the steps you're responsible for, helping you focus on your tasks.

  • All Steps: Displays all steps in the workflow, regardless of who is assigned, giving you a full overview.

This makes it easy to switch between a personal view and the complete shipment process.

  1. To complete any step, you must first finish the tasks listed under it. These tasks may involve uploading documents or entering specific details as required.
Once completed, click on Save & Notify to move the workflow forward and notify the next responsible stakeholder to log in and continue with the next steps.

  1. Along with this, there are other options on the page as well making GoShipment more easier and beneficial for you.
    A. Tasks, showing tasks related to the workflow.

B. Dispatch tab shows all the details of the dispatch created for this workflow.

C. The Documents tab stores all the documents uploaded in this workflow, and access all of them with ease.

D. Stakeholders tab shows all the stakeholders associated with this shipment.

E. Messages tab keeps all the messages that you have exchanged throughout this workflow.
